If a customer is requesting to set up terms with us. We are offering in house net terms to select Gold customers.
***If the customer has a P.O. in hand 5k + and asks for net terms we can send the application.
*** DO NOT OFFER THE NET APPLICATION
Provide the customer with the "Apply for Net Terms" email macro and solve the ticket.
If customer responds that they have completed the the form, reply back to the customer with the "Net Terms Submitted" email macro and solve the ticket
When the DocuSign is completed, you will receive a Zendesk ticket titled “Complete with DocuSign: OLC Credit App”
Download all attached PDFs, then open the customer application from the PDF.
Locate the customers organization and copy the company name and the account number.
Go to Service Now & start a new ticket.
Fill out the following fields:
SHORT DESCRIPTION: Account Number and Company Name (the account number and company name you have copied from Zendesk)
DESCRIBE THE REQUEST: In this field mention any important info related to this application if there are any.
REQUESTED FOR USER: select Onlinecomponents Customer Service Team
ACCOUNT NUMBER: Input the customer's OLC account number.
CREDIT APPLICATION: Upload the customer DocuSign credit application.
REFERENCES: If customer provides a separate document with their credit references. Upload here.
Customer A or B: Will always be A for Gold and B for Silver/bronze
Solve the Complete with DocuSign: OLC Credit App Zendesk ticket.
You'll receive a Zendesk ticket for the approval or denial of a customer application.
- When accounting gets back to you with an approval, create a side conversation to the customer. Send the macro “Net Terms Approved” and insert the credit limit. To update the customer’s account in Admin.
- If the customer was denied: Read the denial and check for a recommendation ( you can use the Net terms Denied Macro)
