Will call can only be offered to our Elite customers. This is being offered as an accommodation when the customer wants to pick up their items from the Phoenix warehouse instead of having it shipped out.
Requirements:
Customers are responsible for picking up their items within 3 days of notification, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Customers are responsible for determining and providing adequate transportation to handle the order.
Will Call Process:
- The shipping team will create a Service Now ticket for the will call order, including the weights and dimensions of the package.
- Notify the customer that their Will Call order is ready for pick up using the Will Call Macro
- The shipping team will send daily reminders to from Service now these will go into Zendesk, that the order has not been picked up. ***If the order has not been picked up, please follow up with the customer by phone and email.
- On the 4th business day, if the order has not been picked up by the customer, cancel the order
