In order to expedite Error 17 issues, our web and security team has created a new intake system for this error. Please see the below steps on how to execute. Do not send these to OLC admin anymore lets get them straight over to the team that can fix it.
- In side conversation on your Zendesk ticket, email blockedips@masterelectronics.com with the subject line: Error 17
- Include a screenshot with all of the IP/incident info (see example below)
- Include the domains customer number (can be found in Zendesk when looking at the ticket, see example below
4. Place the ticket on hold and wait for a response. Let the customer know that you are working on resolving the issue. While the issue is being worked on you can offer to help.
