Online Components will review requests for cancellation. Cancellation is not a guarantee; there are multiple factors that determine if canceling an order is possible. (See Terms and Agreements.)
Please reach out to customer service as soon as know you need to cancel.
Manifested orders cannot be canceled. In the event the parts are no longer wanted/needed, an RMA or Return will be an available option.
Things move quickly at Online Components and we place back orders with our manufacturers on a daily basis. In the case of a cancel request, we will have to coordinate with the manufacturer to request cancelling the order.
If your order is Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR), a cancellation will not be processed. Parts specified as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or sale are not returnable, as those parts are purchased from a manufacturer specifically on your behalf and may not be returnable by us to the manufacturer.
During the process of placing an order, you will be required to acknowledge the NCNR status of a part/order with an agreement that may appear like this:
"I understand that Part [your part number] is not in stock and will be ordered on my behalf. I agree not to cancel or replace the products except where there is a manufacturing defect."
NCNR must be agreed/acknowledged before Onlinecomponents will put in the order with a manufacturer for applicable parts. Occasionally, a signed form will be required to be provided.
