Why Did I Receive An End-User Agreement?

When an End-User Statement is received we first need to confirm the document is properly filled out. Blanks, ditto marks, and SAME remarks cannot be accepted. Incomplete fields will only delay shipping. 

Once the completed End-User Agreement is provided send an email to logistics@masterelectronics.com and add a sourcing note with the ZD ticket number.

If the box isn't checked we need more detailed information regarding the end-use of the products being purchased. 

Occasionally our manufacturers require an End User Statement to be provided to authorize fulfillment of an order.

If you received a request for an End-User Statement one or more of the parts you ordered may be subject to restrictions.

It is the policy of Master Electronics and Online Components to comply with all U.S. laws and regulations and to verify the end-use and end-user prior to the sale and shipment of our product(s). The information provided on the form will be used to determine if an Export License from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Nuclear Regulatory Commission or the U.S. Department of State will apply to the product(s) you are purchasing, based on the ultimate destination, end-use, and end-user. 

Please know that there are some products that are prohibited for certain destinations by manufacturer contract, or U.S. Law. 

If a product requires an End-User Agreement our order processing team will alert you shortly after the order is placed.
