Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery
- Issues (damage, shortage, incorrect items) must be reported within 10 days
- NCNR (Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable) parts cannot be returned
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Note: Exchanges are not offered. Place a new order and submit an RMA for the original item.
How to Submit an RMA
Click the "Returns" option at the bottom of the website, underneath Policies:
- Select “I need to return a product”
- Enter:
- Order/Invoice number
- Part number and quantity
- Reason for return
- Resolution type
- Upload photos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)
- Submit the request
An RMA specialist will respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Outcomes & Fees
- Ordered incorrectly / no longer needed
- 15% restocking fee
- Customer pays return shipping
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Photos required
- Reviewed for refund or replacement
- NCNR parts
- Not eligible for return or refund
After Approval
- You’ll receive:
- RMA number
- Return instructions
- Ship the item as instructed
- Once received and inspected, a refund or credit is issued
