It’s important to us the parts you receive are exactly what you’re looking for! If components are missing, damaged, or incorrect we want the chance to make it right! If you ordered the wrong parts we will work with you to return them to us.
Please note we do not offer exchanges. Credit or replacements will be issued In this case.
To begin your return (RMA) click here, select I need to return a product, and complete the required fields to submit your request. Once submitted you will be contacted by a member of our RMA team within 2-3 business days.
To expedite your return, please attach photos of the product if you are returning them for the following reasons:
- Damaged Parts
- Missing components
- Wrong parts shipped
Returns must be submitted to OnlineComponents.com within 60 days of the delivery date.
Ordered Incorrectly/Parts not needed
In instances where returns are due to unwanted products or products that were ordered incorrectly, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply, and if the product needs to be returned, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the requester. Generally, these returns will be resolved the same day, if submitted Monday-Friday, a refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. However, if it is a high-value order a refund will not be issued until we receive the product back in our warehouse. Products that are to be returned should be in new/unused condition.
Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR)
Unfortunately, parts that are Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR), which is acknowledged upon purchase, are not returnable. These parts were ordered from a manufacturer on your behalf, and OnlineComponents.com will not be able to return them.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products Received
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products received, please include photos of the product as well as a detailed description of the issue. These types of returns will need to go under review, and we will communicate the next steps within 3-5 business days.
Please note that for defective products you have 90 days to inform us of the issue, past 90 days we are unable to submit a claim with the manufacturer/supplier.
Returning Products
Once a return is accepted, you will receive an email that contains a pre-authorization from the returns department along with return instructions. Be sure to include this on the package(s) that you will be returning to OnlineComponents.com.
