- Shortages, Damaged Goods, or Defects: Buyers must notify us in writing within 10 days.

Standard parts: returnable within 30 days of delivery.

NCNR parts are not eligible for return.

II. Submit an RMA Request

Open the RMA Request Form.

From the first drop-down, select I need to return a product.

Complete all required fields:
- Your email address
- Reason for Return

Order/Invoice number

Part number & quantity
- Resolution Type

Attach clear photos if you are returning parts because they are:

Damaged

Missing components

Incorrect items shipped

Click Submit.

An RMA specialist will contact you within 2-3 business days with next steps.
Note: Submitting complete information (including photos) speeds up approval.
III. Return Policy Details
A. Ordered Incorrectly / Parts Not Needed

15 % restocking fee.

You pay return shipping.

Refund issued within 2-3 business days after approval (high-value orders refund after product is received and inspected).

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
B. Non-Cancellable / Non-Returnable (NCNR)

These parts were special-ordered from the manufacturer for you and cannot be returned.
C. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Upload photos plus a detailed description.
IV. After Your RMA Is Approved

You will receive an email containing:

RMA pre-authorization number

Return shipping instructions

Print and include the authorization inside or affix it to each package.

Ship the parts back following the carrier instructions provided.

Once the return is received and inspected, credit or replacement is issued per the policy above.
V. No-Exchange Policy
OnlineComponents.com does not process like-for-like swaps.
Place a new order for the correct item and submit an RMA for the item being returned.
