Important Notes
Your new password must meet the site’s security requirements (minimum eight characters, at least one number, must have at least one uppercase letter, and one special character).
Password-reset e-mails expire after 24 hours—complete the reset promptly.
If you do not receive the reset e-mail, check your spam folder or whitelist salesorders@onlinecomponents.com.
I. Reset Forgotten Password
Navigate to My Account & Orders in the upper-right corner of any page.
Click Request Your Password.
Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click Submit.
Open the reset e-mail and click Click Here to launch the password-reset form.
Enter a New Password, then Confirm New Password.
Click Recover to complete the reset.
Result: You are redirected to the login page and can now sign in with the new credentials.
II. Change Password While Logged In
Log in to your OnlineComponents.com account.
Select My Account & Orders in the upper-right menu.
Click My Profile.
In the Password section, enter your Old Password.
Enter the New Password, then Confirm New Password.
Click Update Password.
Following the steps above allows you to regain access when a password is forgotten or proactively update your credentials to keep your account secure.
