I. Primary Shipping Method
OnlineComponents.com ships primarily with UPS for domestic and international destinations. UPS services include real‑time tracking and delivery confirmation.
Note: If UPS cannot service a destination, alternate carriers will display at checkout.
II. Choosing a Shipping Option at Checkout
Step‑by‑Step
- Add items to cart and proceed to Checkout.
- Under Shipping Method, review the available options.

Select one of the following:
- Flat Rate Ground
- UPS Expedited (Next‑Day, 2‑Day, etc.).
- Other Carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) – displayed when available.
- If selecting Other Carrier – Use My Account, enter your carrier account number (see Section IV).
- Click Continue to review charges before submitting the order.
Note: Shipping charges update in real time after a method is selected.
III. Flat‑Rate Shipping Details


*Note: Orders exceeding the weight limit or dimensional restrictions automatically exclude Flat Rate shipping.
If your order exceeds these limits, you will be prompted to select an alternate method; a customer‑service representative may contact you with a freight quote.
IV. Using Your Own Carrier Account
- At Checkout ➜ Shipping Method, choose Other Carrier – Use My Account.
- Enter your carrier Account Number.

Verify that the billing address on the account matches the shipping address.
Note: Without an account number, non‑UPS carriers will not be selectable.
V. International Shipping
OnlineComponents.com ships to 135+ countries via UPS and select partners.
- Flat Rate applies for less than or equal to 15 lbs. to most destinations.
- If your country is not listed, place the order and we will e‑mail an estimated freight cost.
Duties & Taxes
Charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
VI. Restricted Destinations
Due to business restrictions, we cannot ship to the following countries:

VII. Blind (Price‑Free) Drop Ship
Ship directly to your end‑user without revealing pricing.
Process:
- Place your order with the end recipient’s address.
- Packing list prints without pricing but includes OnlineComponents.com branding.
- Manufacturer documents (datasheets, CoCs) are enclosed when available.

Invoice with pricing and tracking is e‑mailed to the buyer of record after shipment.
Note: Branding cannot be removed from paperwork at this time.
