What Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders cannot be cancelled if they are:
- Already manifested or shipped
- Already submitted to the manufacturer

For NCNR parts — Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable items
NCNR items are never eligible for cancellation or return because they are purchased specifically for the customer. NCNR status must be acknowledged during checkout before the order can be placed.
