Overview
OnlineComponents.com will review any request to cancel an order, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Approval depends on order status, part type, and manufacturer restrictions. Contact Customer Service as soon as you know a cancellation may be needed.

Important Notes
- Manifested or shipped orders cannot be cancelled. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or product return will be the only option.
- NCNR (Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable) parts are never eligible for cancellation or return. These parts are purchased specifically for you from the manufacturer.
- You must acknowledge the NCNR status during checkout—language similar to:
- NCNR acknowledgement must be complete before OnlineComponents.com places the order with the manufacturer. In some cases, a signed form may be required.

Contact Customer Service immediately.
- Use phone or email to submit your cancellation request.
- Alternatively, you can submit the return directly by navigating to the bottom of the site, under Policies and clicking Returns

Our team checks order status.
- If the order has not been manifested or sent to the manufacturer, we will attempt to stop it.

Manufacturer coordination (if applicable).
- For back-ordered or factory-direct items, we must obtain the manufacturer’s approval to cancel.

Outcome notification.
- Approved: you receive written confirmation and the order is cancelled.
- Denied: we will advise alternative options (e.g., RMA after delivery, if eligible).

NCNR exception.
- If the item is flagged as NCNR, step 4 automatically results in denial; the order proceeds as placed.
