Every part page has a Price & Availability panel that shows what’s in stock, what’s coming, and how long the rest takes.
Where to find it
- Search for your part number in the search bar at the top of any page.
- Open the part page and find the Price & Availability panel.
What each line means
| Line | What it means |
|---|---|
| In Stock | Quantity we have on hand and can ship from OnlineComponents.com. When it’s available, a countdown shows how long you have to order for same-day shipping. |
| Manufacturer Stock | Quantity the manufacturer can ship to us. |
| On Order | Quantity we already have on order. |
| Factory Lead-Time | How long the manufacturer typically needs to ship the part when it isn’t in stock, for example “19 Weeks.” An estimated ship date may appear next to it. |
| Order Increment / MOQ | The increments you must order in, and the minimum order quantity for out-of-stock parts, if one applies. |
| Price (USD) | Price breaks by quantity. Enter your quantity to see your unit price. |
What if a part is out of stock?
If In Stock is 0, you can:
- Backorder – Order now and we’ll ship when the part arrives. For parts sold on reels, your order may be a mix of full reels and cut tape. Choose Backorder Full Reels for full reels only.
- Request Quote – Ask us for pricing and availability on a specific quantity.
Note: Factory lead times are estimates from the manufacturer and can change. If you have a deadline, contact us before you order. If a part is discontinued, its page says so, and we can help you find an alternative.

Use our Lead Time Calculator to see when a part will arrive, or the latest date you can order:
- Expected Delivery – Enter a start date and the lead time (add rows for manufacturing and shipping) to see the arrival date.
- Order By Date – Enter the date you need the part and the lead time to see the latest date you can order.
