From Your Account (Registered Users)
- Log in to your OnlineComponents.com account.
- Go to My Account & Orders → My Orders.
- Select your order and open the full details.
In the order details, you can view:
- Ship Date
- Order Status
- Tracking Number (click to open carrier tracking)
Note: Tracking appears once the order has shipped. If the status is Processing, tracking is not yet available.
Without an Account (Guests)
- Click Order Status at the top of the website.
- Enter your:
- Order Number or PO Number
- And Billing Zip Code, Shipping Zip Code, or Email
- Complete reCAPTCHA and click Submit.
You’ll be able to view:
- Ship Date
- Order Status
- Invoice
- Tracking Number
