Log in to your OnlineComponents.com account.

Click My Account & Orders (top-right).

Select My Orders.

Locate the order and click the “SEE FULL ORDER” icon to expand details.

Ship Date appears once the order leaves our warehouse.

The Tracking Number becomes a link—click to open the carrier’s page.

Note: If the order status is Processing, tracking is not yet available.
II. Track Your Order Without an Account

Click "Order Status" at the top of the page

Enter the required fields:

Online Components Order Number or Your PO Number
- and either

Billing Zip Code, Shipping Zipcode, or Email Address

Check the reCAPTCHA box to verify you are not a robot.

Click Submit.

The page displays Ship Date, Invoice, Tracking Number, and current Status.
